Gone Fishin’

Well, a couple weeks back anyways. Today, I’m fishing for editorial & feature images with my Photo Editor cap on ;)

Didn’t catch anything, but saw a massive Spring Salmon cresting a number of times just to tease. Not interested in cured roe, only spawning on the mind…it’s ok, we hadn’t planned on salmon anyways. The Nahatlatch River can be pretty wild, the white water upstream cascades into a tight, deep pool on an eddy where the colour turns to aqua green and the current will pull your bobbin around and around with nibbles on each rotation. Endless enjoyment on a lazy summer afternoon…
